Meet Teri

"What I love about my work is sharing a way of living that touches all aspects of who we are—body, mind, and soul. That's where true healing resides. That's where life expands and becomes full of possibilities. My intention is to inspire, educate, and support others toward becoming the best version of themselves—toward living the life they truly wish to be living. When others make changes and begin to see the amazing possibilities in their life, it makes me smile at my core."

Teri Mosey is an international speaker, health and wellness consultant, and author of The Hidden Messages in Food. For 25 years she has been working in various arenas of the health and wellness industry. Teri's background includes biochemistry laboratory research for immunological and neurological diseases at Mount Sinai and North Shore University Hospitals in New York, exercise physiologist for therapeutic and rehabilitation programs, holistic nutrition consultant and educator, community nutrition manager for hunger relief programs, and health-supportive chef offering culinary demonstrations, hands-on cooking events, and recipe development. 

Teri’s knowledge and expertise has developed over the years to include traditional Chinese medicine, yogic traditions and the most current understandings in mind-body physiology, neurobiology, and quantum physics. Her career began with a bachelor’s in biochemistry and a master’s in exercise physiology. Over the years, Teri’s perspective expanded, opening doors to Eastern teachings and leading to completion of the chef training program at the Natural Gourmet Institute and earning a doctorate in holistic nutrition.

Teri has presented keynotes, breakout sessions, lunch-and-learns, and week-long retreat events for allied health professionals and community members around the world. Organizations include IDEA Health & Fitness Association, Fitness Innovations Thailand, Canadian Fitness Pro events, Academy of Applied Personal Training Education, JCC Manhattan, Hofstra University, Peak Performance Physical Therapy and Wellness, SCW Fitness Education, Golden Door Spa, and Apple Inc. Topics ranged from balancing hormones, boosting immunity, brain health, seasonal eating, why diets don't work, holistic living, and meditative/mindfulness practices. In addition to speaking engagements, Teri offers business consulting to wellness facilities for center’s design, program creation, and marketing strategies along with holistic living coaching experiences and online programs to naturally address chronic health conditions.

Everything about the world we live in is shifting. We can see it in our struggles with humanity, the chronic illness epidemics to the growing interest in consciousness awareness. We're at the start of a paradigm shift and Teri is passionate about being a part of it. With her blend of education and experience, Teri bridges worldviews, speaks with a much needed honesty, and use of language to reach the masses.

Teri’s mission is to assist others in discovering their personal path to wellness. She passionately believes that we all have the ability within to co-create our health and ultimately our lives.
