The holistic approach is about getting to the root of what you are experiencing. Be prepared to not only eat differently, but take actions in your everyday that support long term change.

"Unknowingly from the moment I stepped in to Teri’s session, The Hidden Messages in Food, I knew it was no mistake that I was in the right place at the right time. Personally, I was on a journey for a few different reasons, ultimately to discover ways to help improve a chronic health condition. This experience provides the opportunity to holistically address health conditions with the added bonus of learning how to use food as a way of life, and pathway for personal growth. 

It is comprehensive and asks for commitment, self-discipline, time to cook, and a willingness to do something completely different than what you are doing now. 

Monthly coaching includes:

  • Holistic Nutrition Consultation: discussion of medical history, personal constitution, food journal analysis, and initial eating regimen and lifestyle strategies
  • Daily correspondence through email to address questions, challenges, and implement changes in food recommendations, recipe suggestions, and lifestyle activities
  • End of month consultation to reinforce or make additional changes in food/eating/lifestyle recommendations

Wellness Sessions

Holistic living is just that a LIFESTYLE. In order to heal and experience long term success, it requires consistent practice. Showing up to the process; no matter how big or small that day.

The sessions will be personalized to you and continue to evolve depending on goals/needs. The sessions may include strength, endurance, balance, core stability work, stretching, breath work, and different styles of meditation.

If unavailable for continuous sessions, have Teri develop a personalized EXERCISE PROGRAM along with progressions for you to practice on your own.

Private Cooking Experience

One of the best ways to health supportive eating is learning how to cook. Cooking lessons in the privacy of your home will give you the personal attention and opportunity to become acquainted with your kitchen, its setup, and available equipment.

Whether you wish to improve your knife skills, learn basic cooking techniques or explore particular foods or dishes (tofu, tempeh, quinoa, vegetables, soups, veggie burgers, appetizers, side dishes etc.), the experience will be tailored to your interests and needs.

This in a comprehensive experience that begins with a trip to the grocery store; learning how to navigate the aisles, and continues as we head into your kitchen to prepare meals together.
