What makes this program unique?

The holistic approach I share. I use an East meets West approach. I draw from traditional Chinese medicine, yogic traditions to our most current understandings in mind-body physiology, neurobiology, and quantum physics. I address health and wellness in context to the whole being—physically and energetically.  See…everything about you is connected. Your physical body, health struggles, mindset, emotional state, and even your current life circumstances are connected. They’re all connected.

What does that mean? In order to heal and thrive it takes exploring ALL that we are. Simply eating well is not enough. Eating and exercising is still not enough. Again, there’s more to you than that. This is why many struggle with glimpses of health followed by repeated illness. Healing requires bringing all of you into the conversation. It means addressing belief systems, emotional states, coping mechanisms, and sleep patterns. Good news is that I present the opportunity to do just that. My intention is to help you heal, begin feeling good again, and then knowing how to sustain it. I have spent twenty five years immersed in the latest science and research. Through my own healing and witnessing the success of others, I can attest that this holistic approach is the missing link.

WEEK 1: RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD

Our relationship with food, how we do food, is a reflection of how we live. Get ready to take the conversation beyond calories and nutrients to what it takes to find nourishment. Say goodbye to yo-yo dieting and emotional eating. It's time to create a healthy and sacred relationship with food. 

WEEK 2: POWER OF MOVEMENT

Our bodies are designed to move. Whether it's a long-distance run, casual bike ride in the park, to some stretches on your living room floor. We are healthier and happier when we move. Be prepared this week to stretch outside your comfort zones (pun intended!).

WEEK 3: STEER YOUR MIND

Everything about our lives can change. It all begins in the mind. Thanks to the most current understandings in neuroscience and quantum physics, we are creating our life experiences with the mind in the driver's seat. Find out what everyday actions you can take to steer toward the health and life you want. 

WEEK 4: EMOTION GUIDING SYSTEM

No more hiding in our intellect. It's time to feel. Emotions are built-in messengers guiding us through every life experience. As we draw awareness to their subtle and not so subtle communication, we can establish techniques to bring us back into harmony, back into health. 

WEEK 5: CREATING CONNECTION

We heal when we feel a sense of belonging to something greater than ourselves. We thrive when we create community. This happens when we nourish connections to our deepest Self, other living things, Nature, and the Universe.

WEEK 6: MIND-BODY REBOOT

On average, a person spends about twenty-five years of their life asleep. Sleep plays a role in regeneration, detoxification, and renewal of all of you—from the physical, mental, emotional to spiritual. It's time to find ways to put this mind-body reboot back on our priority list. 

WEEK 7: EXPAND PERSPECTIVES

We are designed to evolve—to keep expanding perspectives and growing as a person. This happens when we remain in a state of learning, inviting in new concepts, ideas, and experiences. This is certainly not an easy state to be in, no matter how health-supportive the change may be. What actions can we take to make this possible?

  • Is there a set start date for the program? The program will begin when you register. There is no specific start date that everyone must commit to. My intention was to create some flexibility in the experience knowing our schedules can be quite different. So once you register, you will begin receiving your weekly content and strategies.
  • What if I miss a week or fall behind? Maybe you’re thinking,“I have a vacation planned and some commitments already scheduled. Finding an open eight weeks without anything on the schedule is pretty much impossible”. No worries! I totally get this. Life happens. Yes the content arrives weekly, but you can go at your own pace. Here’s the thing, life is always going to be happening. Since this is about creating a sustainable healthy lifestyle, it’s actually best to practice in real-life scenarios. That means vacations, family commitments, and work projects are part of this way of living. So in the beginning if you get tied up in something, so what, the content is yours. You have lifetime access to the content plus the discussion forums to ask questions as you go, which takes me to the next question.
  • I know this is a group online program. Will I still be able to personally connect with you if I have questions about the strategies? Yes! First, there are weekly discussion forums where I will pose some contemplative questions about the week’s strategies and a space for you to ask questions. Ask away!
