I understand that bringing mindfulness into your life may be challenging. We've been rushing through our days on autopilot for years, even decades. Please be compassionate with yourself. Why choose me to guide you?

I've been in the health and wellness industry for 25 years. My work began in the laboratory departments of neurology and immunology where I assisted in Parkinson’s, AIDS, and cancer treatment studies. I then shifted to working as an exercise physiologist and nutrition consultant as I wanted to connect with the actual person who was challenged with illness.

For over two decades I have witnessed first-hand the impact of cardio-respiratory disease, diabetes, cancer, Parkinson’s, autoimmune disorders, hormone imbalances, digestive dysfunctions, obesity, and anxiety have on everyday living.

Thankfully as someone who loves to learn, I continue to stay immersed in the latest research and scientific advancements so I can offer the best strategies. Being passionate about learning, I also share through speaking engagements for allied health professionals and community members around the world—for organizations that include IDEA Health & Fitness Association, Fitness Innovations Thailand, Canadian Fitness Pro events, Hofstra University, Golden Door Spa, and Apple Inc..

In addition to my professional experiences, I had my own health crisis—one that required I step out of mainstream approaches to heal. This is when I learned about traditional Chinese medicine, yogic traditions, spirituality, neurobiology, and quantum physics. Boy did my life change! As well as how I am able to help others heal. It expanded my perspectives, challenged belief systems that no longer served, and provided me with the answers.

The answers to...How do we truly heal? How do we create long-lasting sustainable health? How do we make this life experience fulfilling? And on the deepest level, live our truth?

That’s what I share in this program. It’s a combination of 25 years of education, research, trials, and experience. I personally get where you are in this moment. I see YOU. I know the struggle and would be honored to guide you toward the health and life you truly wish to be living.
